Indian River Furniture: Building Brand Identity & Mastering Graphic Design Synergy

Synopsis: Indian River Furniture is a furniture store that specializes in offering a diverse group of brands at many price points, customer service, design assistance and an owner that travels all over the US procuring the Indian River Furniture offerings.

Opportunity: Indian River Furniture had worked with each of their advertising vendors individually to create artwork for each of their sales. As a result, their marketing looked different in their various advertising streams.

Solution: Indian River Furniture worked with our Creative Director to develop an overarching design for each sale/offer that is translated into all the marketing streams that Indian River uses to communicate their messaging.

Benefit: All of Indian River Furniture’s marketing has a similar look to it within a sale/ or offer. As customers see the same design repeated through different marketing channels they are able to connect the different types of marketing in their mind to register the frequency. With frequency comes increased action in the sales funnel. Along with other changes to their marketing plan, the synergy of design has resulted in Indian River Furniture’s sales having grown for 5+ years even as the industry was down.
